About the ACT & CBT Workbook Study

The ACT & CBT Workbook Study - This study compared The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety with The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety in an international sample of people suffering with anxiety-related difficulties. We are not taking new enrollments for this study. We are now writing up the results of this trial and will share them once we have finished.
