Getting More Help: Crisis and Referral Information

Your health and well-being are important to us, and that's why we set up this page. Here, you'll find a sample of National Crisis Hotlines and Mental Health Referral resources. Our studies are typically not for you if you (a) feel that you are in crisis or need immediate help and (b) would rather work 1-on-1 with a trained mental health professional for your anxiety-related difficulties. You are also encouraged to contact your local state department of mental health, or consult with your physician for mental health resources in your local area.
